The Streets of Old Shelby
      Take a leisurely walk through time as you meander along 
The Streets of Old Shelby. Store fronts  depict  life  was like during the 1900-1910 era.
 
      
   

History of the Shelby County Railroad
    
Display features a wide-range of signage, tools,  implements, and anything associated with trains!
      

Miniature Dollhouse
     Victorian-style, miniature duplex, circa 1880.
Built to a scale of 1 inch = 1 foot, this unique duplex  (two houses built side-by-side) is fascinating with its accuracy
and attention to the tiniest details!

* Ball Room Dancing Lessons

* Shelby Arts Guild Association (SAGA) Meetings
1st Tuesday of every month, 7:00-8:00 p.m. in the lower level of Grover Museum. Group will exhibit art work, plus have live art demonstrations, during Bears of Blue River Festival! For details, call Tiffany at Artrageous Pottery:

Shelby Art Council and Shelby County Arts Guild
are sponsoring a series of arts programs:
Exploring the Arts Classes

There are no classes scheduled for August, but there are several in the wings for September. They are:

                        Jewelry Designs

Historic Indiana Military Posts
Jim West, a resident of Shelby County, has a very large website for historic Indiana military posts, bases and Veterans at http://www.IndianaMilitary.org  This site is hosted and sponsored by the U.S. Army, and is the official site for nine different bases and organizations.

If anyone in Shelby County has compiled a list of deceased Shelby County Veterans, Jim has volunteered to include the list on the website. Mr. West may be contacted at jimwest@wildblue.net or the above listed site.
